Coronavirus: download the international circulation attestations here [fr]
Are you returning or transiting through France? You must now have an international derogatory attestation to present to your airline and to border control with the required documents.
This attestation will be required for entry or transit in France as of Monday, April 6 at 6:00 pm (Paris time).
Accompanied by the required documents demonstrating the status invoked, it will have to be presented to the airline companies, prior to the use of the ticket, by passengers wishing to travel to France. It will also be presented to the authorities in charge of border control for all types of borders:
at France’s external borders (air, sea and land links, including rail links);
at France’s internal borders.
Persons travelling to the French overseas collectivities are also informed that they will be subject, on their arrival in the collectivity, to a health check which may result in the adoption of an order for quarantine in a dedicated structure or at home.
