The International Forum on "Women and Sustainable Development in Africa" [fr]
Organized by the Network of African Science Academies (NASAC) in collaboration with the Tanzania and French Academies of Sciences, the International Forum “Women and Sustainable Development in Africa” was held from March 8th to 10th, 2018 in Dar Es Salam, and gathered 170 Academics from the whole African continent and from France.
This meeting mainly aimed at providing evidence-informed advice to policymakers on the importance of women’s inclusion in national frameworks that tackle the realization of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in Africa.
